Who Qualifies?
You have an approved immigrant petition (I-130, I-140, etc.) or are otherwise eligible
An immigrant visa is immediately available to you (priority date is current)
You are physically present in the United States
You were inspected and admitted or paroled into the U.S.
The Process
Wait for Priority Date

File I-485 Application
Submit adjustment application with medical exam, photos, and supporting documents.
Biometrics Appointment
Attend USCIS appointment for fingerprints and photos.
Employment Authorization (Optional)
Receive EAD and advance parole document if requested with I-485.
Interview (if required)

Decision and Green Card
