You have pending I-485 adjustment application

OR you're in certain visa status (F-1 OPT, L-2, E-3, etc.)

OR you're asylum applicant (150 days after filing)

OR you're refugee, asylee, parolee, TPS recipient, etc.

The Process

Attend appointment for fingerprints and photo.
