Who Qualifies?
You came to U.S. before age 16
You have continuously resided in U.S. since June 15, 2007
You were under age 31 as of June 15, 2012
You were in U.S. without lawful status on June 15, 2012
You are currently in school, graduated high school, or honorably discharged veteran
You have not been convicted of serious crimes
The Process

Submit DACA application with I-765 work permit and I-765W fee exemption.
Biometrics

Receive EAD

Renewal
Must renew every 2 years - file 120-150 days before expiration.
