Who Qualifies?
Non-LPR: 10 years continuous physical presence in U.S.
Non-LPR: Exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to USC or LPR spouse, parent, or child
Non-LPR: Good moral character for 10 years
LPR: 7 years lawful permanent residence and 5 years continuous residence
The Process

Cancellation only available to those in removal proceedings before immigration judge.
File Application
Submit Form EOIR-42A or EOIR-42B with detailed evidence of eligibility.

Present evidence and testimony at individual hearing before judge.
Judge's Decision
Judge exercises discretion to grant or deny cancellation.
